Construction has begun on an innovative affordable housing project called Dwell: A Work @ Home Community in the middle of Tempe.

The new 129 unit multifamily project includes a variety of inviting amenities for both work and play. This large development will provide plenty of room for pedestrians, as well as residential units including a live/work oriented amenity room. Alongside these features, there is also space for a fitness center and indoor dog play area.
